鋼筋套筒一級套筒和二級套筒區別

1、強度不同

主要表現在一級套筒相對于二級接頭講，強度略高一籌，一般情況下，一級套筒在搭接時(shí)不用錯開(kāi)。

2、抗拉強度的判定標準不同

一級套筒抗拉強度的判定標準為大于或等于鋼筋母材實(shí)際抗拉強度1.1倍方為合格接頭，二級套筒抗拉強度的判定標準為大于或等于鋼筋母材標準抗拉強度即為合格接頭。

3、規定設置不同

一級套筒的接頭百分率沒(méi)有規定限制范圍；二級接頭的接頭百分率不能大于其50%。

鋼筋套筒接頭：

鋼筋套筒接頭又稱(chēng)鋼筋連接套筒接頭，鋼筋接頭根據抗拉強度、殘余變形以及高應力和大變形條件下反復拉壓性能的差異，分為三個(gè)性能等級：

一級鋼筋套筒：

接頭抗拉強度不小于被連接鋼筋實(shí)際抗拉強度或1.10倍鋼筋抗拉強度標準值，并具有高延性及反復拉壓性能?；炷两Y構中當在同一連接區段內必須實(shí)施100%鋼筋接頭的連接時(shí)，應采用1級鋼筋連接套筒接頭。

二級鋼筋套筒：

接頭抗拉強度不小于被連接鋼筋抗拉強度標準值，并具有高延性及反復拉壓性能?；炷两Y構中要求充分發(fā)揮鋼筋強度或延伸性能要求高的部位應優(yōu)先選用2級鋼筋連接套筒接頭。

三級鋼筋套筒：

接頭抗拉強度不小于被連接鋼筋屈服強度標準值的1.35倍，并具有一定的延性及反復拉壓性能?；炷两Y構中鋼筋應力較高但對延伸性要求不高的部位可以采用3級鋼筋連接套筒接頭。

Difference between primary sleeve and secondary sleeve

2. The criteria of tensile strength are different

3. The regulations are different

The joint percentage of primary sleeve is not limited; the joint percentage of secondary sleeve should not be more than 50%.
